MADjam uses the SWING DANCER self service, online ticketing portal for all event pass and contest entries and workshop reservations. You manage all your purchases, ahead of time or onsite, from any smart phone or computer. To register, each attendee must first create an account and agree to follow all rules. Once we approve your account, you will return to the same link to choose items and pay for them securely with a bank card. You may access the online portal any time to make exchanges, add new workshop reservations or make contest entry changes. You can register for others after they have created an account. It’s fast, easy and secure!

MADjam EZ Pass – $205   This single ticket includes all 4 Nights and 3 Days of non-stop West Coast Swing fun and your choice of drop in workshops in the Grand & Regency Ballrooms. Workshops in other spaces require a reservation. Most are free; some require a ticket purchase. – See details on the schedule page.

Individual Session Passes
Thursday Night – All events after 7pm ($35)
Friday Day – All events before 7pm, Some workshops require reservations ($70)

Saturday Day – All events before 7pm, Some workshops require reservations ($70)
Saturday Night – All events after 7pm, World’s Largest West Coast Swing party ($50)
Sunday Day – All events, Some workshops require reservations, Includes Sunday night ($70)
Sunday Night – All events after 6pm ($35)

* Workshops in Grand and Regency are drop-in only and included in each session pass. Workshops in Lake Anne require an additional $20 ticket. Reservations for limited-capacity workshops (in Fairfax) are available on the registration menu; drop-ins welcome as space allows. more info. 

*Competitors need to purchase a pass for all sessions during which their division(s) will be held.
